Completion Services
Veneer layout Some veneers require special attention to the layout and progression of flitches throughout the cabin. An on-site inspection can ensure that the wood looks its best.
Floorplan development Using the information from our meetings we develop the floorplan that will best suit your mission.
Pre-finish cabinetry review Robinson+Robinson can travel to the cabinet vendor to inspect cabinetry prior to final finish. We'll verify conformity to design drawings, and resolve any discrepancies.
Seat review Once a prototype seat has been upholstered, we can travel to inspect it for quality and comfort. This enables us to make any necessary corrections or adjustments before the entire shipset enters production.
Exterior Paint Stripe Layout Robinson+Robinson can attend the stripe layout on the aircraft to ensure that the design intent is met and to help resolve any issues that may arise.
Finished cabinet review Before the cabinets are installed in the aircraft, we can travel to cabinet vendor or completion center to review quality and finish, and refer any issues with craftsmanship, finish or function to the program manager for resolution.
Completion reviews Periodic visits to the completion center ensure that the work is progressing according to the approved design and trim drawings.
Customer acceptance and cold soak flight Evaluation during a customer acceptance flight can ascertain whether equipment and cabinetry functions as desired under flight conditions. Robinson+Robinson can also assist in resolving any issues of interior quality during the acceptance process.
